The Application of RTV Silicone Rubber

RTV Silicone Rubber consist of base rubber, cross linking agent, catalyst, filler and so on. From the form of packaging can be divided into single and double component. RTV-2 Silicone is widely used in the following application:

1.Construction industry. For glass and metal curtain wall bonding, roof sealing, door and window sealing, all kinds of water tank, ceramic tile bonding seal.

2.Electronic industry. RTV silicone rubber used for electrical components encapsulation and perfusion material, corrosion proof, shock and impact resistance.

3.Silicone for Mold Making. Silicone rubber is widely used in soft mould industry, because of its quality simulation and good demolding performance.

4.Automobiles, ships and aviation. It is used as automobile forming washer, window sealing, corona proof of electronic appliance connector, etc.
