RTV 2 Silicone Rubber has good adhesion, excellent electrical insulation properties, moisture resistance and aging resistance. It widely used to the bonding and sealing electronic components, semiconductor materials, electrical equipment and so on.
Using method: after making general cleaning and drying, the product is extruded from the metal hose, and the silicone rubber contact with the moisture in air, which is solidified from the outside to inside. The longest solid time is no more than 24h.
Some notice should be pay attention to about RTV-2 Silicone:
1.RTV-2 silicone can be cured at room temperature first, then treated at 50-100℃ for 4-8 hours, remove the low molecular weight substances and solid fully, so as to ensure the glue performance.
2.After using the products, the rubber hose should be tightened, it can be used again.
3.This product with the filling and the thickness should not be too large, if more than 3mm, can be used to layer gradually curing, the greater the thickness of the glue, the longer the total curing time.
