If the product size is very large, it is necessary to use brush. The irrigation model saves labor and time, but it is expensive. If it is too heavy, it will lead to deformation or rupture of the Silicone Moulding Rubber. If you use brush, can enhance the toughness and strength of mold.

Select the suitable hardness silicone rubber according product size:

1.Small pieces of product: generally more suitable for softer silicone rubber. Because if the hard silicone rubber is brittle, it is easy to break the small parts of the product, which will cause the mould not durable.

2.Big size product should use hard silicone rubber, because soft silicone tensile and tear strength is reduced, the service life will be reduced naturally.
